Outstanding, and unexpectedly personal touch service from this very talented florist! I ordered online without a phone call for same day delivery - these flowers for my Mom's birthday. The bouquet was exactly as presented in the photo here (no shortcuts or substitutions) -- that does not always happen with other florists. Later I received a personal text (not from an automated system) from Sharon confirming details of the delivery. In these times, that added touch meant a great deal. I would trust this florist to "deliver" in every sense of the word for any occasion, and I love Keepin' It Local.

Our experience could not be improved upon! The website was easy to use. The response was wonderful. Our order was delivered the same day and the recipient was delighted. She shared a photo and it was absolutely true to the photo. We highly recommend Point Loma Village Florist!
